Apprenticeship as Retail Management Assistant with additional qualification as Fresh Food Specialist IHK. You will learn all areas of retail with a focus on fresh products and service, serve and advise customers, manage purchasing, marketing and sales, design product ranges and plan marketing campaigns.

You will get to know all areas of retail, with a focus on fresh and service-oriented areas. With your acquired knowledge, you will serve and advise our customers. We will teach you how to manage purchasing, marketing, and sales of goods. Soon you will be able to design the product range, present goods, and plan marketing campaigns. You have a lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) and an interest in business contexts - a lateral entry is also possible, please contact us about retraining. Serving our customers and working in a team gives you joy, you quickly understand what matters, and you have your own ideas. And: You love fresh food and know how important hygiene and quality are! With your German skills at least B1 level (proof required), you can communicate well with our customers and follow vocational school lessons. To complete the apprenticeship with us, you need a valid work permit for Germany – because you will learn directly with our team on site from the start.
