You will get to know all areas of retail, with a focus on fresh and service-oriented departments. Using your acquired knowledge, you will serve and advise our customers. We teach you how to manage purchasing, marketing, and sales of goods. Soon you will be able to design the product range, present merchandise, and plan marketing campaigns. You have a secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) and an interest in business contexts - lateral entry is possible, please ask us about retraining. You enjoy serving our customers and working in a team, you quickly grasp what matters, and you have your own ideas. You love fresh food and understand the importance of hygiene and quality. With German skills at minimum B1 level (proof required), you can communicate well with customers and follow vocational school lessons. You need a valid work permit for Germany.
