Become a specialist for our customers from the hotel & catering industry as well as communal catering! During the apprenticeship, you will master diverse tasks, as you and your team are responsible for the smooth business operations in the store. The customer is the focus. You are the contact person on the sales floor and an important advisor - making shopping easier and providing information about our products. Besides sales, you work in procurement and warehousing. You also participate in assortment design and marketing campaigns. You see: As a retail merchant, you are the foundation for the store's success. Your apprenticeship lasts three years – but under certain conditions, a reduction is possible. After passing the exam, you become a certified retail merchant - a foundation for a rapid career. During the apprenticeship, you will go through diverse fields of activity and with exclusive further training programs, we push you to even more success, step by step. In addition to vocational school, you attend seminars - including targeted exam preparation - which only EDEKA offers in this form and which pave the way for a steep career.
