The apprenticeship at EDEKA in Hatten teaches skills in customer service, assortment design, cash register operation, accounting and analysis, as well as participation in assortment design.

With your acquired knowledge, you serve and advise our customers. We teach you how to design the assortment and take responsibility for the sale and marketing of our goods. We show you how to operate the cash registers, prepare accounts and analyze the figures. You learn to participate in assortment design, because your ideas count too!

You have a lower secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss) and an interest in business contexts. You enjoy serving our customers and working in a team. You quickly understand what matters, work independently and can express yourself well. With your German skills at least at B1 level (proof required), you can communicate well with our customers and follow vocational school lessons. To complete the apprenticeship with us, you need a valid work permit for Germany – because you learn directly with our team on site from the start.

Working hours: You benefit from flexible scheduling for a good work-life balance. We will inform you about your schedule in good time.
