You advise on meat cuts, meat products and sausages, cheese and all items at our fresh food counter; You show our customers our philosophy: We love food; You enjoy dealing with people; You maintain, check and present the items; You learn to process meat properly; You learn hygiene regulations; You keep the sales counter tidy and clean; You contribute your own creations for platter services, gift service and finger food. Your apprenticeship usually lasts 3 years. Under certain conditions, it can be shortened with good performance. After successfully passing the exam, you hold the qualification of Specialist Salesperson in Food Trade: Focus Butchery (f/m/d). During the training you go through various fields of activity: You learn how to prepare meat appetizingly, how to stock the counter, sell, handle or prepare items successfully and ensure their quality. Targeted measures also make you a champion in sales and consulting. The special thing about the apprenticeship is that the various working time models allow you to organize your free time individually.
