EDEKA Verbund offers an apprenticeship as a specialist salesperson in the food trade (focus butchery) in Marktredwitz. Tasks include advising on meat cuts, meat products, sausages, cheese, and fresh counter items, presenting the philosophy 'We love food', enjoyment of customer interaction, care, control, and presentation of goods, learning meat processing, hygiene regulations, keeping the sales counter clean, contributing own creations for platters, gift service, and finger food. The apprenticeship usually lasts 3 years, can be shortened with good performance. After passing the exam, qualification as specialist salesperson in food trade: focus butchery. Various working time models allow individual leisure planning.
