Apprenticeship as Butcher 2027

You will process meat and produce meat and sausage products. You will present them attractively at the counter, advise customers, and sell meat and sausage products. You will learn to refine meat into specialties, understand hygiene regulations, and ensure proper care and control of goods. You will keep the sales counter tidy and clean and prepare platter services. The apprenticeship usually lasts 3 years; under certain conditions it can be shortened. Upon completion, you will hold the qualification of a butcher. During training, you will learn the characteristics of various meat types, how to stock the counter, prepare platters, sell meat products, and prepare them as specialties.
