Daily business in retail: You learn all relevant areas – from purchasing and sales to marketing and professional customer consulting; Business analysis: You determine and analyze key figures and develop well-founded decisions for the company's success; Merchandise management & logistics: You gain insights into procurement, warehousing and the entire flow of goods in the market; Business processes: You deal intensively with business administration, work organization, accounting, branch accounting and sales; Leadership & personnel: You engage with modern leadership approaches and learn how to motivate, deploy and develop employees.
