Apprenticeship as a Retail Management Assistant 2027

You will train in sales, merchandise management and customer service. The apprenticeship lasts three years and may be shortened under certain conditions if performance is good.

• Handle all aspects of merchandise, including sales, purchasing, ordering and warehousing
• Advise customers and represent the company's philosophy as their first point of contact
• Operate cash registers, prepare reconciliations and advise customers on services
• Create sales-promoting merchandise presentations and contribute to assortment planning, marketing and merchandising
• Manage merchandise processes and assist with workforce planning
