• In the additional training as a fresh food specialist, you will have 21 practical seminar days in our Fresh Food Academy – for real expert knowledge about quality and freshness! Your apprenticeship lasts two years. After passing the exam, you are a qualified salesperson and additionally hold the certification as a certified fresh food specialist (IHK). In addition to vocational school, you attend practical seminars and receive thorough exam preparation, as only offered by Marktkauf – perfect for applying what you have learned directly in the market. In the seminars you not only learn exam-relevant content, but also deepen your expertise in freshness, product knowledge and customer consulting.
