Apprenticeship as Sales Assistant with Additional Qualification Fresh Food Specialist - 2027

You will learn all processes in the market – from goods receipt through attractive presentation to direct sale of our products. You contribute your own ideas and creations and actively shape our fresh food counters. You advise our customers competently and friendly and acquire comprehensive knowledge about freshness, quality and products. The additional qualification as Fresh Food Specialist includes 21 practical seminar days in our Fresh Food Academy. The apprenticeship lasts two years. After passing the exam you are a certified sales assistant and additionally hold the IHK-certified Fresh Food Specialist qualification. Besides vocational school you attend practical seminars and receive thorough exam preparation.
