As a food manager, you will gain insight into all important product-related areas, from sales and marketing to customer advice. You will learn how food products are developed and managed and take on responsibility early on for events, product presentations and projects in a management role.

• Take part in negotiations with suppliers and partners
• Check the quality and freshness of food
• Independently process orders and take responsibility for ongoing projects
• Plan, organize and implement stylish product presentations
• Analyze customer needs and incorporate the results into your planning
• Identify market trends at an early stage and develop new ideas from them
• Coordinate product marketing activities and ensure smooth execution
• Work on all business aspects and processes related to nutrition

• You need a university entrance qualification, such as Abitur or Fachabitur
