Working Student Change & Communication Data Platform

We are currently in an exciting phase of further developing our BI landscape: we are migrating our data world from SAP BW to a modern, cloud-based Snowflake platform in Azure. For this important change process we are looking for support to accompany our communication and actively shape the change.

• Stakeholder communication: prepare presentations, status updates, FAQs, newsletters and information material
• Information hub: help build and maintain a central information platform in SharePoint
• Workshop and event management: help plan office hours, town halls and information events
• Change support: support the switch from SAP BW to Snowflake and help plan and carry out change measures
• Training and enablement: design and coordinate training formats and prepare learning material

• Enrolled student for at least 1 more year in a communication-related degree (e.g. communication science, marketing)
• Analytical thinking
• Self-reliance and organization
• Strong communication skills and team spirit
• Very good German, spoken and written (CEFR C1 or higher)
