Apprenticeship as Industrial Mechanic

Learn our production plants and machines from the ground up, manufacture components, and ensure everything runs smoothly. Step by step you become a professional who maintains systems, rectifies malfunctions, and puts machines back into operation. Apprenticeship duration: 3.5 years. Vocational school: Berufskolleg Olsberg. You will learn our production plants and machines from the ground up. We show you how to repair our systems in case of malfunctions, manufacture suitable components, and install them. You assist in maintaining, commissioning, and testing machines for functionality – and can handle these tasks independently with increasing experience.

By the start of the apprenticeship, you have completed your intermediate secondary school leaving certificate (Realschule) with good grades. Technology is your thing and you are interested in how large production plants work. You like to get stuck in, are manually skilled, and have no problem being on your feet all day. You enjoy working with others and are motivated to learn something new every day.
