Three year apprenticeship at Pneuhage in Merseburg as a tyre and vulcanisation mechanic specialising in tyre and chassis technology for 2027. The training can be shortened. During the first year, vocational school is near the workplace; afterwards, classes take place at a specialist school in Munich, Cologne or Fürstenwalde.

• You learn firsthand everything you need to know about tyre repair and retreading.
• For example, you inspect tyre casings, repair and check tyres, or fit new treads to tyres.

• A strong interest in technology.
• Practical skills.
• A good lower or intermediate secondary school leaving certificate.
• Team spirit.
• Ideally, a completed internship in a workshop or tyre retreading plant.
• German language skills at C1 level or higher.
