About this Apprenticeship
Korian is seeking a nursing quality officer in Merseburg. The role focuses on internal processes, quality assurance and improving nursing and care processes while meeting legal requirements.
What You'll Learn
- Support internal and external audits
- Carry out quality assurance measures within the quality management system
- Work closely with the facility management and Total Quality Management team
- Help maintain high standards of care while meeting legal requirements
- Help shape nursing and care processes
- Put current nursing knowledge and scientific findings into daily practice
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in elderly care or general nursing
- Further qualification as a quality officer is required
- Professional and management experience in a similar role
- Enjoyment of working with older people and people who need care
- Strong communication skills, reliability and commitment
