Inside Sales Representative Tires and Automotive Service

For our team in Kirchheimbolanden we are looking for you as an inside sales representative (m/f/d) tires and automotive service For over 70 years, the Pneuhage Group has been a successful service and trading company in the tire, wheel and automotive service industry with several tire retreading plants. Nationwide we employ more than 2,400 employees and are represented at over 170 locations. Pneuhage Reifendienste Süd GmbH is part of our group and convinces at 28 locations as a brand-independent specialist for tire and vehicle service.

Your tasks: You advise and support our customers personally and by telephone on all matters concerning tires, wheels and vehicle service and are the first point of contact on site You determine customer needs, create individual offers and accompany order processing from inquiry to implementation You take over the organization of commercial processes, including purchasing, document processing, filing and cash management You support warehouse organization and, together with your team, ensure smooth operations in the branch You assist with deliveries when needed and, after appropriate onboarding and qualification, also in the workshop area

• You have a commercial or technical apprenticeship and bring several years of professional experience - career changers from the workshop area are also very welcome
• You ideally already have knowledge in the areas of tires, wheels and vehicle service and customer consulting
• You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even with diverse tasks
• You convince with your communication skills, your customer-oriented appearance and your joy in selling
• You are confident in using MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage and you possess a class B driver's license
