Start your career in the ROSSMANN Azubi Club. In your apprenticeship you learn to organise retail processes, actively shape the day in the store and be there for customers. As an expert in trends, nutrition, care and cosmetics, you grow into a real sales talent. With good performance you will be taken on in a permanent employment relationship after training.

• On the shop floor: You make sure our sales floor always looks great: full shelves, perfectly presented products and a shopping experience that delights our customers.
• At the checkout: You check out customers quickly, keep an overview and make sure checkout runs smoothly for our customers.
• In advice: You know what is trending, recognise customers' individual needs and find the right products.
• In the team: You work hand in hand with your colleagues and always have an ear for everyone.

• Your reliability and punctuality are unbeatable! You can also easily handle the flexible opening hours in a shift model.
• You are a true team player and motivated to pitch in everywhere – at the checkout, on the shelf or in customer advice.
