Senior Fleet Assistant

For our team in Karlsruhe we are looking for a Senior Fleet Assistant (m/f/d). Your tasks: You comprehensively support our major customers in the back office and are the central contact person for branches, sales partners and internal departments. You are responsible for the billing of our major customers, maintain customer and vehicle master data and ensure smooth order and invoice processing. You support the field service, create customer-specific evaluations and accompany the support of our key accounts. You coordinate national and international breakdown cases and support the 1st-level support of our fleet management system myfleetplus. You actively contribute to the optimization of our service, support and billing processes. Your profile: You have a successfully completed commercial training and several years of professional experience in internal sales, customer service or major account management. You work in a structured, independent manner and keep an overview even with complex issues. You convince with a pronounced service orientation as well as binding and solution-oriented communication. You are proficient in MS Office; SAP knowledge and experience with ERP systems are an advantage. Ideally you have experience in the fleet, leasing, commercial vehicle or automotive environment.
