Apprenticeship as an Industrial Management Assistant

In an innovative technology environment, you complete a varied three-year apprenticeship combining theory and practice. The theoretical knowledge is taught at Robert-Gerwig School in Singen.

• You learn about the company's entire value chain and follow business processes from the first customer enquiry through product development and sales-promotional activities to direct customer contact in after-sales service.
• You rotate through purchasing, sales, marketing, product management and after sales, logistics and shipping, finance and controlling, and human resources.
• You discover how departments work together, understand commercial relationships and receive support from training supervisors.
• Together with the training team, you carry out your own projects and take on a high level of responsibility.
• The apprenticeship combines theory and practice.

• You have a solid school-leaving certificate, at least an intermediate school-leaving certificate.
• You can demonstrate particularly strong performance in mathematics, German, English and ideally business studies.
• You are interested in commercial processes and how different departments work together.
• You want to understand how a manufacturing company in mechanical and plant engineering operates.
• You have a good grasp of numbers, work independently and systematically, and have good organisational skills.
• With your open and communicative manner, you make a positive impression internally and on customers.
• You are a team player who is reliable, motivated and creative.
