Service technician for air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation

ELMATIC is seeking a service technician for air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation to join its team in Magdeburg. The company maintains complex building systems and provides services ranging from technical facility management and servicing to system installation.

• Independently maintain, inspect and repair complex building systems, and identify and fix faults to keep the systems running reliably and economically
• Diagnose faults, find their technical causes and take suitable steps to fix them for the long term
• Advise customers at their sites, answer technical questions and work with them to develop tailored, cost-effective solutions
• Carefully document your work, prepare service reports and recommend repairs or improvements when needed
• Provide helpful service that keeps customers satisfied and supports lasting customer relationships

• Completed technical vocational training in building services, for example as a plumbing, heating and air conditioning technician, mechatronics technician, electronics technician, refrigeration mechatronics technician or in a similar field
• Technical knowledge and experience in ventilation and air conditioning
• Some experience looking after building systems
