• Customer correspondence
• Planning, organization, and preparation of assignments
• Writing quotations
• Creating orders and contracts
• Creating invoices
• Controlling ongoing orders
• Secretarial and general organizational tasks
• Document filing

• Completed training as an industrial clerk or office clerk
• Several years of professional experience
• Experience in purchasing and merchandise management
• Very good MS Office skills and a good understanding of numbers
• Independent, structured, and customer-oriented way of working
• Organizational talent and team player
• Friendly and confident demeanor
• Strong communication skills
• Technical understanding is an advantage
