Automotive Business Administration Apprenticeship

Apprenticeship at Emil Frey Küstengarage GmbH in Heide starting on 1 August 2027. You will learn how a car dealership runs its business, including service, sales, marketing and administration.

• Get to know the different departments of a car dealership and discover your strengths.
• Understand the processes behind the scenes and how all departments work together.
• Organise and coordinate business processes in daily operations.
• Take on your own tasks early and gain practical experience.
• Gain insight into the workshop and expand your technical understanding.
• Develop skills across service, sales, marketing and administration.

• You are enthusiastic about cars and want to understand how a dealership works.
• You enjoy working with people and communicating with customers and colleagues.
• You are interested in business tasks and how businesses work.
• You work in an organised way, keep track of tasks and have a good understanding of numbers.
• You are confident using common Microsoft Office applications.
• You enjoy teamwork and contribute actively.
• You have an intermediate secondary school certificate, a university entrance qualification or an equivalent school leaving qualification, or are close to obtaining one.
