Competent order acceptance and final inspection of vehicles Support and advice to our customers regarding the type, costs and scope of the order Independent preparation of cost estimates Compliance with manufacturer targets regarding customer satisfaction, sales and market development Accident calculations and claims settlement with insurance companies, warranty and goodwill processing with vehicle manufacturers Obtaining repair approvals from insurance and leasing companies Responsible order distribution and subsequent appointment and order monitoring in the workshop

• Competent order acceptance and final inspection of vehicles
• Support and advice to our customers regarding the type, costs and scope of the order
• Independent preparation of cost estimates
• Compliance with manufacturer targets regarding customer satisfaction, sales and market development
• Accident calculations and claims settlement with insurance companies, warranty and goodwill processing with vehicle manufacturers
• Obtaining repair approvals from insurance and leasing companies
• Responsible order distribution and subsequent appointment and order monitoring in the workshop

• Successfully completed commercial or technical training as an automotive mechanic (m/w/d) or automotive mechatronics technician (m/w/d).
• Ideally with additional qualification as a certified automotive service advisor (m/w/d) or further training as an automotive master craftsman (m/w/d).
• Preferably several years of professional experience in service advice.
• Communication skills and customer orientation.
• Very good manners with confident and assured demeanor.
• Positive and open charisma.
• Organizational talent.
