Vehicle Personalisation Adviser

Emil Frey Sportivo GmbH seeks a Ferrari vehicle personalisation adviser in Munich to start as soon as possible. The role involves advising on vehicle configuration and managing personalisation orders.

• Support customers and sales staff with vehicle configuration, ensuring a confident, precise and inspiring personalisation process
• Promote the correct personalisation process and make full use of all configurator functions
• Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of the Ferrari personalisation catalogue, related tools and processes
• Manage and support personalisation orders, including SPEC, Atelier and Tailor Made orders
• Train and support dealership sales teams on updates to personalisation options and processes
• Keep the configuration area supplied with the latest items, samples and required tools

• Completed commercial or technical vocational training and proven sales experience in the premium or luxury sector
• Strong ability to understand, explain and present complex product options, with a keen eye for aesthetics, design, colours and exclusive materials
• Strong attention to detail and care
• Excellent manners, a well-groomed appearance, loyalty and discretion
• Very high quality standards and a strong focus on customer service
• Flexibility, teamwork skills and strong time management and organisational skills
• German suitable for business negotiations and very good English; Italian is an advantage
