Security Concepts Expert, Building Security

For EnBW Energie Baden-Württemberg AG we are looking for a Security Concepts Expert (f/m/d) as soon as possible. The Building Security value stream, within the Corporate Real Estate Management unit, is responsible for the overarching tasks of physical security and acts as an internal solution provider for all security-related topics. The focus is on the systematic analysis of risks and threats, the derivation of suitable protective measures, and expert advice to internal customers across all project phases.

• You develop holistic security concepts for different corporate divisions and usage scenarios based on an integrated protection approach
• You also carry out structured risk, threat and protection needs analyses
• You assess existing security structures and processes as part of vulnerability analyses
• In addition, you derive, evaluate and prioritise suitable security measures, taking effectiveness, cost efficiency and feasibility into account
• You create requirement specifications, security concepts, decision papers, reports and presentations for internal clients and management bodies
• You advise internal customers on security-related questions across all project phases, from requirements definition to implementation
• You carry out on-site inspections at corporate locations to record the current situation, identify risks and vulnerabilities, and validate conceptual assumptions
• You assess relevant norms, standards and regulatory requirements and translate them into internal corporate security concepts

• You hold a completed degree in physical security management, security engineering, risk and crisis management, or a comparable field of study
• You bring several years of relevant professional experience in creating holistic physical security concepts, ideally in complex corporate or project environments
• You stand out through strong advisory and communication skills when dealing with different stakeholders, up to management level
• You have sound knowledge of carrying out risk, threat and protection needs analyses as well as vulnerability analyses
• You bring a very good understanding of organisational, technical, structural and personnel security measures and how they work together
• Experience in the structured preparation of requirement specifications, security concepts, reports and management documents is a matter of course for you
• Knowledge of relevant norms, standards and guidelines (e.g. ISO, VdS, BSI, industry-specific requirements) rounds off your profile
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills as well as strategic thinking
• An independent, structured and quality-oriented way of working as well as a high sense of responsibility and professional conduct set you apart
• You are willing to travel within Germany for on-site inspections and project-related appointments
