Working Student Product and Performance Management - Market Analysis, Performance Reporting and Communications

• You carry out market, competitor, technology and trend analyses in the telecommunications field
• You identify relevant developments and derive recommendations for action
• You support the expansion and development of theoretical foundations and existing analysis models
• You use AI technologies to further automate and professionalize analyses
• You help define, harmonize and document key figures
• You support the development of the company-wide KPI system and derive optimization potential
• You help create, maintain and develop performance reports
• You support the creation and development of Power BI dashboards
• You prepare data and communicate results to relevant stakeholders, for example via SharePoint posts or short management updates

• You are an enrolled student in economics, industrial engineering, business informatics or a comparable degree program
• You are interested in product management, data-driven performance management and corporate control
• You have analytical thinking and a structured way of working
• You are confident with MS Excel and PowerPoint; first experience with Power BI, SQL, Power Query or similar BI tools is an advantage
• You have a basic understanding of KPIs, reporting and business relationships
• You are interested in current developments in telecommunications and digitalization
• Your strengths include teamwork, initiative and a proactive way of working
• You have very good German and good English skills
