About this Apprenticeship
The three-year apprenticeship covers operational warehouse activities as well as planning and coordination skills in modern warehouse organization, quality assurance, work organization, information and communication.
What You'll Learn
- Receiving goods
- Conducting incoming-goods checks
- Inspecting the quality of delivered goods
- Storing goods appropriately
- Completing and forwarding warehouse documents
- Picking and packaging goods according to order and/or parts lists
- Loading ordered goods onto trucks
- Operating a forklift
- Picking ordered local-heating pipes according to customer orders
- Quality assurance
- Checking inventory
- Carrying out stock checks and inventories
Requirements
- Secondary school certificate
- Logical thinking
- Physical resilience
- Punctuality
- Good German skills
- Enjoyment of teamwork, sociability and openness
- Reliability and sense of duty
