Agricultural Commercial Development Officer

Over a wide geographical area (Normandy, North and East Brittany), you are responsible on operating sites (CB) for monitoring orders and the operational monitoring of the supply of agricultural materials, particularly plant-based agricultural materials (MVA).

• You identify, in view of the constraints/opportunities of the territories, the MVA that can be mobilized with the needs specified by the CVA and the CBs.
• You develop with the CVA techno-economic proposals to annually secure the target tonnage objectives of MVA for each CB within a defined budgetary framework.
• You participate in the proposals and development of contract models or order letters according to identified needs.
• You identify agricultural farms to prospect and negotiate the conclusion of supply contracts/order letters for agricultural materials and amendments to ongoing contracts.
• You monitor the implementation and cultural itineraries of MVA orders.
• You monitor the harvesting and storage sites of MVA and verify the conformity of harvested materials and storage quality.
• You provide post-harvest data (tonnage, cost, logistics...) to the CVA and CBs.
• You carry out, in collaboration with the CVA, the monitoring of off-site MVA stocks from CB incorporation data.
• You carry out with the CVA the final analysis of supply costs for each MVA to allow the definition of new proposals, the maintenance of orders, and the optimization of various cost items.
• You may occasionally be required to participate in other activities of the agricultural valuation cell, notably the updating of agricultural contracts (amendments, transfers, renewals/terminations).
