• Master's level engineering degree (Bac+4/5) from an engineering school or university, specialized in energy or industrial systems.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar position in energy efficiency or design office.
• Mastery of energy issues and industrial production systems.
• Autonomy, dynamism, and ability to be a force of proposal in the face of technical challenges.
• Practice of at least one foreign language.
• Excellent interpersonal and oral communication skills to convince and unite your interlocutors.
• Intellectual curiosity and anticipation capacity to manage activity variations.
