Regional Purchasing and Supply Manager

To manage the supply chain and ensure the availability of the equipment and services needed for operations, we are looking for a Regional Purchasing and Supply Manager. Reporting to the purchasing / supply function, you manage and follow up supplier orders together with the operational teams and buyers.

• Manage purchasing and supply within your area
• Ensure compliance with Group processes, purchasing performance and strategy
• Roll out the related action plans to reach the set objectives.
• Lead a team of supply buyers and work with operational staff in your area
• Ensure the rollout of framework contracts and category purchasing policies in your area and consolidate the resulting performance (savings, cost reduction, supplier performance)
• Ensure the needs of the area you represent are taken into account
• Own the relationship with the suppliers you are in charge of in your area

• Engineer profile (Bac + 5, engineering school or equivalent), with significant experience of at least 5 years in purchasing management.
• Strong analytical and summarizing skills to prioritize and seek tangible results
• Good written and oral communication skills as well as writing and summarizing skills
• Knowledge of purchasing and supplier management processes
• Good command of Microsoft Office (Excel); knowledge of SAP would be a plus
• Organization, rigor and autonomy
• Ability to make proposals
• Service mindset and ability to coordinate
• Good relationships with suppliers and internal teams
• Teaching skills
• Ability to manage several topics at the same time
