• Guidance of service technicians and accompaniment on assignments
• Analysis of malfunctions and creation of technical solutions and offers
• Control and documentation of maintenance
• Technical design of refrigeration systems and components
• Customer visits and order acquisition in the service area

• Completed training in refrigeration technology, ideally with technician or master qualification or equivalent
• Good MS Office skills
