Apprenticeship as a Toolmaking Mechanic

The apprenticeship covers manual and machine-based metalworking, CNC milling, CNC turning, CNC grinding, wire and sinker EDM, and the assembly of injection moulding and extrusion tools.

At least a good lower secondary school certificate or Realschule certificate; good grades in science subjects; manual skills and a fascination with precision; interest in modern technology and working with metal and plastics; good spatial awareness; logical thinking.
