In your 3.5-year apprenticeship at Bayernwerk, you will become an Electronics Technician for Operating Technology step by step – a profession with power, perspective and purpose.

• How electricity gets to where it's needed, whether in residential buildings, industrial plants or e-charging stations.
• How you install, maintain and service high-voltage and low-voltage networks as well as transformers and move safely in substations.
• How you can identify and rectify faults in the power grid and ensure that our energy grid runs reliably around the clock.

• You will soon have your intermediate school leaving certificate (Mittlerer Schulabschluss) or a good lower secondary school leaving certificate (Mittelschulabschluss).
• You find maths, physics & technology exciting, especially when you can try them out yourself on the local energy grid.
• You are hands-on and not made of sugar – working outdoors in wind and weather doesn't scare you off.
• You are reliable, eager to learn and want to achieve great things together with others.
• Colour recognition is no problem for you (important when working with cables).
• You have a sense of safety at work and for your team.
• Very good German skills (at least B2) round off your profile.
