Working Student Data Analytics & Business Intelligence

As a working student, you support the team in making data usable, automating processes and presenting key figures transparently. You gain practical experience in data analytics, business intelligence and process optimization and work closely with specialist departments, managers and IT teams.

• You support the analysis, preparation and structuring of data from different sources (SQL).
• You help create and further develop Power BI dashboards and reports and help present relevant key figures clearly.
• You support building and maintaining data models and data preparation in Databricks.
• You analyze existing processes and identify potential for digital solutions and automation.
• You help develop simple applications and workflows with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• You support the creation of evaluations for performance and management discussions.
• You help improve data quality and transparency and contribute to strengthening a data-driven way of working in the company.
• You support projects in process mining, analytics and reporting, for example with Celonis or comparable solutions.
• You research new technologies, methods and best practices in data analytics, automation and business intelligence.

• You are enrolled and studying business informatics, data analytics, computer science, industrial engineering, business administration with an analytics focus, or a comparable degree program.
• You have very good German skills (at least C1 level) to present complex topics clearly and work confidently with different contacts.
• You enjoy analyzing data, recognizing connections and drawing insights from them.
• Ideally, you already have some experience with Power BI, SQL, the Microsoft Power Platform or comparable data and automation solutions.
• You work in a structured and independent way and like to contribute your own ideas.
• You think analytically and solution-oriented and enjoy getting into new topics.
• You communicate openly and like working with different people and departments.
• You may even already have some experience with data platforms (Databricks, Python), visualization solutions (Grafana, Tableau) and process mining tools (Celonis)
