To reinforce our team at Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, we are starting your apprenticeship as Electronics Technician for Operating Technology (m/f/d) in Dachau on 01.09.2027. In your 3.5-year apprenticeship at Bayernwerk, you will become an Electronics Technician for Operating Technology step by step – a profession with power, perspective and purpose. How electricity gets to where it is needed, whether in residential buildings, industrial plants or e-charging stations. How you install, maintain and service high-voltage and low-voltage networks as well as transformers and move safely in substations. How you can identify and rectify faults in the power grid and ensure that our energy grid runs reliably around the clock. Theory and practice? No contradiction with us: You spend a third of your apprenticeship time at the training centre in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm, at the customer centre in Dachau and at the vocational school in Pfaffenhofen an der Ilm. And the best part: You are part of a strong apprentice community with many hundreds of fellow apprentices!

You will soon have your intermediate school leaving certificate (mittlerer Schulabschluss) or a good lower secondary school leaving certificate (Mittelschulabschluss). You find maths, physics & technology exciting, especially when you can try them out yourself on the local energy grid. You are hands-on and not made of sugar – working outdoors in wind and weather doesn't scare you. You are reliable, eager to learn and want to move things forward together with others. Colour recognition is no problem for you (important when working with cables). You have a sense of safety at work and for your team. Very good German skills (at least B2) round off your profile.
