• Providing individual support to long-standing private and business customers
• Expanding the customer base by acquiring new customers
• Actively and regularly contacting existing customers to build lasting business relationships
• Managing claims and settling minor claims
• Consistent cross-selling
• Working independently, with support from sales professionals when needed
• Continuing professional development and use of the training opportunities at DEVK Campus

• Completed training as an insurance specialist, insurance and finance clerk, or equivalent qualification
• For career changers: completed vocational training and sales experience; we provide further training to become a certified IHK insurance intermediary
• Strong communication skills and great enjoyment of working with people
• Organised and goal-oriented working style
• Perseverance, diligence, and enthusiasm for your customers
