Apprenticeship Electronics Technician for Operations Technology Würzburg

Bayernwerk Netz GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of E.ON and a top training provider in Bavaria, is starting an apprenticeship as an electronics technician for operations technology in Würzburg on 01.09.2027. In the 3.5-year apprenticeship you learn step by step how electricity and gas networks are operated and maintained. You spend one third of your training time each at the Würzburg training center, at various customer centers (Marktheidenfeld or Fuchsstadt) and at the Würzburg vocational school.

• Learn how electricity reaches where it is needed, whether in homes, industrial plants or EV charging stations
• Install, service and maintain high-voltage and low-voltage networks and transformers and move safely in substations
• Identify and fix faults in the power grid and make sure the energy network runs reliably around the clock

• You will soon have your intermediate school certificate or a good Mittelschule certificate.
• You find math, physics and technology exciting, especially when you can try things out yourself on the local energy grid.
• You are hands-on and tough; working outdoors in wind and weather does not put you off.
• You are reliable, willing to learn and want to achieve something together with others.
• Color recognition is no problem for you (important when working with cables).
• You have a sense of safety at work and for your team.
• Very good German skills (at least B2) round off your profile.
