Focus areas in training center and company: You will learn all activities in the field of electrical power engineering, installation, assembly and maintenance of energy supply systems, automation technology, IT and network technology as well as control and regulation technology, maintenance and repair of distribution networks, maintenance and upkeep of substations and transformer stations, maintenance and configuration of metering units, connection of renewable energy systems (e.g. solar technology). Apprenticeship schedule: 1st year: teaching of manual and theoretical basics of electrical engineering/electronics at training center Rostock. 2nd year: deepening and application of basics at training center Rostock, mid-second year final exam part 1, practical assignments in departments. 3rd year: practical assignments in departments, deepening of technical knowledge. 4th year: practical assignments in departments, exam preparation at training center Rostock after 3.5 years final exam part 2.
