• You accompany telecommunications orders from order receipt to successful provision
• Through continuous monitoring you ensure timely order processing and clarify open points
• You provide customer service with all relevant information during implementation
• You take care of porting and other order-related telecommunications data
• You contribute your ideas and actively participate in the further development of our processes and procedures

• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship
• You work structured and have a good sense for numbers
• You have good MS Office skills
• You are reliable, committed and open-minded
• You like to communicate with people and approach them openly
