Working Student Social Media

E.ON Inhouse Consulting, the management consultancy of E.ON, is looking for support for its Employer Branding team from January 2027. The position is fixed-term, part-time and hybrid.

• You support the management of our social media presence on LinkedIn and Meta and help create and maintain the editorial plan.
• You support the conception and creation of creative, target-group-oriented social media content in image, video and text formats and use relevant trends and formats to increase reach and relevance.
• You help implement recruiting and employer branding campaigns and support planning and execution.
• You also support various employer branding initiatives, contribute your own ideas and work closely with internal and external stakeholders.

• You are currently studying marketing, communications, business or a similar field, have successfully completed at least three semesters and have at least 12 months of remaining study time from January 2027.
• You have already gained initial relevant practical experience through internships and/or a working student job in social media or digital marketing.
• You are confident with video editing tools such as CapCut and graphic tools such as Canva.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You understand your target groups and have a strong sense for storytelling and visual content.
• A structured, independent way of working and high quality standards complete your profile.
