Dual Study Program in Real Estate Management

A practice-integrated dual study program in Munich combining three years of practical training with eight 14-day attendance phases at the Center for Real Estate Studies in Freiburg. The program covers the full range of real estate management.

Training in property management, including rental, leasehold, hereditary building right, forestry, and condominium administration; property transactions involving land development, valuation, and sales; cooperation with real estate sales, notaries, and land registries; strategic real estate management, facility management, and construction project management.

Subject-specific or general higher education entrance qualification with good grades in German, mathematics, and, where applicable, business administration or accounting; basic IT skills in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; strong spoken and written communication skills; quick comprehension; interest in real estate as well as legal and business contexts; commitment and teamwork skills; category B driving licence and mobility; identification with the goals and values of the Catholic Church.
