Planning, installation, maintenance, and administration of systems and networks; intensive onboarding in products from SAP, Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, and other vendors; learning virtualization techniques (server, desktop, and applications – on-premise or cloud); gaining experience with solutions for operational automation and software distribution; building expertise in IT security; accompanying and executing projects; learning internal processes (project management, project calculation).

Secondary school diploma (Mittlere Reife), technical college entrance qualification (Fachabitur), or general university entrance qualification (Abitur); good grades in mathematics, English, physics, and computer science; enthusiasm for computers and new technologies; ability for logical-abstract thinking and creativity; initiative, communication skills, and teamwork; willingness to take on new challenges.
