Care Assistant under Section 53b in conjunction with Section 43b SGB XI - Two-Day Mandatory Refresher Training

This two-day mandatory refresher course is for care assistants already working in the field. It updates professional skills and knowledge from the care assistant qualification course and covers areas including gerontopsychiatry, rehabilitation science, and social and health sciences. It also includes reflection on professional practice, moderated exchange of experience, and practical intervention options in care work.

The course is intended for care assistants who are already working in this field and have knowledge from a care assistant qualification course.
