As a machine and plant operator you operate and control our knitting machines. You check machine functions and intervene in case of machine malfunctions. You monitor production and control material flow. In addition, you check whether the quality of the produced goods meets the specifications. You also maintain machines and keep them in good condition – you are thus co-responsible for keeping our production running. Everything you need to know and be able to do, you learn directly on our machines and at the Textile Academy NRW in Mönchengladbach. The apprenticeship lasts 2 years, vocational school instruction takes place in blocks.

Introductory event at the start of the apprenticeship. Subsidy for travel to vocational school. High takeover rate.
