Market and Customer Account Manager DIY, Field Sales

URSA is part of the Etex Group and develops, produces and sells insulation materials made of mineral wool and XPS for thermal, sound and fire protection. A Market and Customer Account Manager DIY is wanted as soon as possible, full-time and on a permanent contract.

• Independently look after the DIY stores of key accounts in Germany and Switzerland
• Ensure attractive product presentation and consistent implementation of the range strategy
• Hold training sessions and product presentations for store staff and customers
• Build and develop long-term business relationships with customers and market partners
• Handle customer concerns and complaints and act as an expert contact, including for technical questions
• Analyze market potential and competitor activity and derive targeted measures
• Carry out sales promotion campaigns and roadshows

• Sales personality with a completed commercial, technical or trade vocational training
• Experience in sales, preferably in the DIY or home improvement store sector
• Open and empathetic personality with strong communication skills and reliability
• Professional, dependable manner and strong customer and service orientation
• Independent and flexible way of working, high willingness to travel on multi-day business trips
• Technically skilled, confident with MS Office, car driving licence
