You will learn how to create creative and delicious dishes from fresh ingredients; from preparation to plating: you are involved in the entire preparation of our dishes; you will learn various cooking techniques, cooking methods, and recipes and implement them professionally; whether buffet, à la carte restaurant, hotel kitchen, or event catering – you will gain insights into various gastronomic concepts and kitchens; together with your team, you ensure that our guests are delighted culinarily; goods receipt, storage, and quality control of food are also part of your daily apprenticeship routine; you will learn to process food professionally while adhering to hygiene and quality standards; in planning and preparing events and special occasions, you can contribute your skills; you will develop your craftsmanship and learn to keep an overview even in hectic situations; theoretical knowledge is taught at vocational schools in Kehl and Villingen-Schwenningen

You enjoy cooking and working with food and want to turn your hobby into a profession; creativity is your thing – you enjoy trying out new ideas and presenting dishes appealingly; teamwork is a matter of course for you; reliability, sense of responsibility, and care characterize you; even when things get hectic in the kitchen, you keep a cool head and continue working with concentration; you are open to getting to know different kitchens and gastronomic areas; hygiene and responsible handling of food are a matter of course for you; you bring a willingness to learn and motivation and are keen to develop professionally and personally; you have at least a good secondary school diploma (Hauptschulabschluss); you have a passion for good food and a desire to serve our guests a piece of enjoyment every day
