You run your own station independently and ensure smooth operations with precision, organizational talent, and passion. Together with our kitchen team, you work daily at the level of a restaurant awarded two Michelin stars and actively contribute to the consistently high quality of our menus. You contribute your ideas, expertise, and curiosity, continuously develop yourself, and grow together with our team. You accompany new employees and our trainees with pleasure, pass on your knowledge, and support their professional and personal development. You work closely with Chef de Cuisine Peter Hagen-Wiest and the entire kitchen brigade and help provide our guests with an exceptional fine-dining experience every day.

You have completed vocational training as a cook (m/f/d) and are passionate about upscale gastronomy. Ideally, you have already gained professional experience as a Demi Chef de Partie (m/f/d) or in a comparable position – preferably in fine dining. You work precisely, in a structured manner, and keep an overview even in demanding situations. Creativity, passion for high-quality products, and the will to continuously develop yourself characterize you. You are a team player, take responsibility, and convince through reliability as well as open and appreciative cooperation. A professional demeanor, very good manners, and a well-groomed appearance are a matter of course for you.
