• Accounting topics: Independent handling of specific accounting topics as well as assessment and coordination of ongoing business transactions in the general ledger
• Financial statements: Preparation and analysis of financial statements in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and EnWG
• Accounting issues: Advising the operating units and Controlling on accounting issues
• Projects: Participation in exciting projects with a focus on accounting, including internal and external transformation processes
• Process development: Further development of internal procedures and processes
• Contact person: Contact person for external and internal stakeholders, in particular for the auditor

• Education: Successfully completed university degree in business administration with a focus on accounting or similar qualification (e.g., certified public accountant)
• Work experience: At least 3 years of professional experience in general ledger accounting or auditing
• Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of accounting in accordance with IFRS, HGB, and ideally EnWG
• IT knowledge: Ideally, solid knowledge of SAP finance modules and confidence in using MS Office
• Languages: Excellent written and spoken German and English
• Strengths: Careful and conscientious way of working, even under high workloads, and a high degree of initiative
• Personal skills: Hands-on mentality, strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
