Responsibilities: Operational apprenticeship: Planning, constructing, erecting, maintaining, and optimizing production plants; Metalworking with tools and machines (e.g., drilling, turning, milling, welding); New fabrication or procurement of various plant components; Maintenance and servicing of machines and plants; Monitoring and optimization of production plants/processes; Use of modern technologies: electrical engineering, pneumatics, hydraulics, and computer science; Compliance with and verification of quality standards taking into account occupational safety and environmental protection. Theoretical apprenticeship: At the vocational school, the trade school in Lörrach, you will be taught sound basic knowledge in specialized and general education subjects.
